Can prices change?

The prices on this website were calculated based on the tariffs and exchange rates in force at the time. Any change in the exchange rate or costs of fuels, port taxes, airport, fuel, and transportation costs of any nature may be subject to adjustment.

I have a reservation made can I cancel it? What are the cancellation fees?

Withdrawals are subject to the following penalties, as stipulated:

• Up to 21 days before: the deposit amount;
• From 20 to 8 days before: 50% of the value of the trip;
• Less than 8 days before: 100% of travel

These conditions may vary according to the stipulated by the operator. You should always reconfirm with the agency or ask for clarification. Please note that there are non-refundable rates that do not allow cancellations.

What are the rules for carrying liquids?

You are only allowed to carry small quantities of liquids in your carry-on luggage. These liquids must be in individual containers with a maximum capacity of 100 ml each. These packagings shall be placed in a transparent plastic bag with an airtight seal, with a maximum capacity of one liter per passenger.

What are the rules at the airport at the moment?

In order to facilitate the detection of liquids, all liquids transported at the time of safety check and x-ray must be checked.

• Take off your coat and / or especially. These will be checked separately as you go through the x-ray.
• Remove laptops and other electrical devices from your carry-on baggage. These will be checked separately as you go through the x-ray.

The following are considered liquids:

• Water and other beverages, soups and syrups
• Creams, lotions and oils
• Perfumes
• Sprays

• Contents of pressure packaging, including shaving foam, other foams and deodorants
• Folders, including toothpaste
• Solid liquid mixtures
• Masks
•  Any other substances of similar consistency

What documentation do I need to travel?

All passengers, including children and infants, must have a photo ID:

• Within the European Community: Identity Card or Citizen Card (consult countries)
• Outside the European Community:
  • Adults: Passport
  • Minor Children: Passport + Identity Card or Citizen Card (to prove the membership)
• Passengers resident in the Azores and Madeira also need a Taxpayer Card.

Minors when traveling unaccompanied by their parents or their representatives must present authorization from the parents or the absentee, an authorization that does not have a notarized acknowledgment, mentioning the name and number of the person responsible for the minor during the trip. The person who travels must obtain the necessary documentation to carry out the trip, including the valid passport with a minimum of 6 months of validity after the date of the visit of the last country of the itinerary, its visas when necessary and comply with the sanitary formalities in force in countries to visit. Citizens of other countries must ensure their visa requirements in their respective consulates or embassies.

For some countries it may be necessary to obtain a visa or passport (with a minimum validity of 6 months at the time of departure), as well as proof of vaccines. Please consult us.

I'm going to travel accompanied by a minor. What should I do?

National legislation, more specifically article 23 of Decree-Law 138/2006, of July 26, stipulates that national minors, when not accompanied by those who exercise parental authority, may leave the national territory only with an authorization to do so . In both cases, this authorization must appear in a written document, dated and signed by those who exercise parental authority legally certified, also granting monitoring powers by duly identified third parties.
